Thai-Chai-Chata

It’s times like these when I hate myself.  I was talking with a coworker that asked me “don’t you just hate these people?”  To which I thought, I jokingly say I hate someone but I don’t really hate anyone.  Hate is a strong word and I prefer not to use it.  I will use it, but I prefer not to.

Dulce de Leche Ice Cream

In case you haven’t noticed a pattern, I’m a big fan of Dulce de Leche.  Just a little.  I really like the smooth and creamy texture of Dulce de Leche.  I use it as a spread for pretty much everything.  On toast in the morning with my coffee, a banana, swirl it in ice cream or just straight off my finger if I need a sweet fix.  It’s my house and I’ll do what I want!

Brown Rice and Chai Horchata

I don’t recall the first time I tried Horchata.  It doesn’t even sound like anything I would like but I love anything Spanish so of course I tried it.  Horchata is one of those things I always try if I see it somewhere.  Everyone has a different way of making it, so I always want to try their secret recipe.
